What is Production?
Production is a stat representing how quickly your City gets work done.
Crafting Goods, building Improvements, and harvesting Resources each have their own Production cost. Every turn, your Production is added to each ongoing task.
Once the total Production cost for the task is achieved, the task is complete, and you get your shiny new Goods or Improvements.
Production Bonuses
- Build Production - Build Production is bonus Production that is applied only to Improvements that are being built by the city.
- Craft Production - Craft Production is bonus Production that is applied only to Improvements that are crafting items.
- Harvest Production - Harvest Production is bonus Production that is applied only to Improvements that are harvesting items from resource nodes.
Happiness impacts production.

As of 1.03, there is no overflow.
Waste is anything that is lost as a result of rounding.
