Patient +30% Force Strength when War Weariness is over 50. Cunning
Practical +1% Paragon Spawn chance for each Military Improvements in your Capital. Creative
Seafaring +20 Prestige after a sea Force defeats an enemy Force. --
Vigilant +2 Sight to Forces in combat. --
